12/4/14 BOOM! Fish on!!I have a turn key duplex located at East 144th and St Clair under contract for $20,900. This was brought to me by one of my partners and upon viewing it was worth making the move on. I will admit that although this is a great deal I was unable to kick the “you know what” out of the sellers asking price! The story behind the property is that it is owned by a hard money lender that took it back when the borrower couldn’t get the deal to the finish line. Now that I know this, this deal we just purchased may lead to a source of more funding for next year!!
