Chris Bruce’s story is beyond inspiring! In 2006 Chris took the plunge into real estate by purchasing his first rental property in Detroit MI. After the market crash Chris lost this property to foreclosure (many of us can relate to this)
This didn’t discourage Chris from winning at this business. He moved to Tampa FL to start over and purchased an investment program called REO Rockstar. Chris took massive action and states that he failed 26 more times before closing his first JV deal earning him a $5,000 payday!
Yep, you read that right 26 tries before his first win! How many of us can honestly say we would keep going after a few failed attempts?
After flipping a few more properties Chris had the money to hire a mentor and today Chris lives the dream lifestyle flipping houses in Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Atlanta and Dallas!
