At the meeting Rob met a hard money lender with a property in Cleveland OH that he needed sold ASAP. Rob tied up this $8,000.00 property with a purchase agreement and sold his contract for a $2,000.00 profit! This transaction was a game changer for Rob, we dive in and learn his strategies that he has used to increase his income and complete over 1,000 deals!
